In the event that any products or services purchased from klubs.com.au do not meet the Consumer Guarantees, klubs.com.au will gladly meet its obligations to provide a refund, repair or replacement at its own expense as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
If your product is faulty within 14 days of receipt of your order, klubs.com.au will organise a returns shipping label and pay for return shipping to assess the fault and organise a repair, replacement or refund.

It is our Intention to dispatch (if in-stock) orders within 1 working day of receipt of payment. Please allow one or two days extra for larger orders. Delivery times are unfortunately dependent on a number of factors outside of our control, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for delays.
